DETAILED EXAM

 

At your first appointment with Hendersonville Chiropractic, the appointment will start with paperwork to gather information about your health history. Misalignments can occur from any stressor in life such as chemical, emotional or physical stress starting as early as birth, so it is important we have as much information as possible to best help. Next there will be an extensive exam including spinal x-rays to gather more information about current issues. As chiropractors we are moving the bones, x-rays are one of the most important steps of the first appointment to actually see what is going on with the bones to make the care as specific and accurate as possible. After this the report will be scheduled.

REPORT AND SPECIFIC CARE

 

Once the doctor has had time to analyze your x-rays and curate a specific care plan for you, at your second appointment, the doctor will sit down with you and explain what she found during your exam. She will go over your x-rays in detail and explain why you are experiencing the symptoms you are having. She will go over care recommendations and financial options for you. Once all your questions have been answered you will be able to get adjusted at this appointment. 

FUTURE APPOINTMENTS 

 

At Hendersonville Chiropractic, we never want you to feel rushed like you're just coming in for a 2 second appointment. At each appointment, your spine will be analyzed to determine what misalignments your spine has at each appointment. You will get specific adjustments based off of what your body needs rather than chasing symptoms. 

 

We offer additional add ons to help get you feeling your best and give you the best long term spinal health. Dr. Carrera uses muscle testing (only offered specific times and days of the week) and also flexion distraction. Flexion distraction gives similar relief to a decompression table for most patients.
